We the people ask the federal government to Call on Congress to act on an issue:

To create a fourth branch of government "Investigator General of the United States of America".

Created by R.R. on October 30, 2016

Every large federal organization has an investigator general (IG) to identify acts that are in conflict with the laws and regulations of this great nation. This petition recommends an independent branch of government be created to keep the powers of the the primary branches separate but equal and to ensure no overreach of government is permitted by the undue influence of any individual or group of politicians. Pending Congressional deliberation, this may be an elected office or appointment.

This branch of government would specifically target allegations of corruption within all branches of government, would assume control the FBI, all IG activities, and would have the authority to recommend to Congress, the impeachment of any sitting official in any branch in government.
