The People should be able to log into a secure website or app. To sign up a, social security code, DOB, and voter ID would be needed. A record check to see if the citizen is eligible to vote; to prevent fraud.
Once an account is created the citizen would be able to check local, state, and federal bills that are queued to become laws. If at least 50.1% of the population of a representative decides on a bill in one way or another, that official MUST vote that way.
Each bill is to be given at least 3 months to pass to the next stage, unless 50.1% of the population comes to a decision before the deadline. Groups should go to the elderly to make sure their voices are heard as well.
Other info should be displayed: reps and voting records, legal term/common tongues versions, comment area.
