Create a 'free' online National University, that includes lectures and textbooks. Credit by Exam at local libraries.

Created by R.B. on March 11, 2013

Abraham Lincoln taught himself law and was allowed to take the bar exam without a college degree and became one of the best lawyers the United States ever produced.

In this age of computer and video technology there is no reason why students and their parents should be restricted to access of education of any type nor should they be burdened with excessive debts related to education.

The vast majority of college class lectures and textbooks should be available for 'free' in an online database. The quotes on 'free' are due to the fact that already enough taxpayer money is going to education. We the taxpayers are not getting our money's worth.

Credit by examination at local libraries or public schools for a small fee.

This policy change will reward work and improve competition.
