Create a full scale absolute no exception embargo with North Korea unless they close all of their gulags

North Korea has fatally subjected 500,000 of their citizens to starvation in conditions almost as bad as auschwitz for offenses like commenting on Kim Jong Un's weight. This is simply terrible in every way. The holocaust museum in your city of residence Mr.President warns us that we should prevent another holocaust. But it has been 50 years and nothing has been done. We are still allowed to travel to North Korea and give money to fund these death camps. Some defectors say the food aid given by us either directly or indirectly either goes to the us hating military or the black market. Mr. President, I ask you to indroduce to the UN or congress, a bill banning any american from trading anything of value with North Korea. Because the Stalinist regime will just kill more people.
