create a fund to aid the hateful bigots refusing to be governed by a black POTUS to leave our great country

I have grown weary of the bigots whining and creating petitions asking to be given entire states as their own property because the majority of the citizens who bothered to vote preferred Obama to Romney. I would like there to be a fund to assist their emigration because they are NOT decent and loyal citizens and have voiced a wish to overthrow the legally elected governing parties. I would much prefer aiding them to exit than to listen to them commit TREASON constantly.
