Create a fund that assist low income and single family homes that need assistance with childcare while attending college

This petition will be used to help those in need of money to help them with childcare. a lot of single family homes and low income homes aren't able to attend college because they have children that are without childcare. we need to create funds to help these families so that high learning can be better attained for those who want it. with these funds the families would need to meet requirements laid out by a panel of qualified people. Also the applicant would need keep themselves at a standard set up through the funding system.
