Create a fund to enlarge the genitalia of gun fanatics so we can protect our streets

Gun fanatics believe that collecting more weapons will make their manhood grow.
Unfortunately that is impossible. All the guns in the world will not help these poor men and their tiny impotent manhood cope with life.
The only solution is to help these men get bigger genitalia.
This petition proposes the creation of a fund. That fund will be used to pay for penile enlargement surgery.
In the long term this plan will reduce the number of guns on the street and reduce loss of life.
