With changes to gun laws coming, it would be wise to use the penalties of any unlawful sales (or other penalties) to help the families of those affected by gun violence.
Though finances may never bring back their loved ones, it's only right to help those in need to help pay bills and take care of them as they mourn their lost loved one.
