Create a gender-neutral pronoun

The English-speaking world desperately needs a singular, gender neutral pronoun so we no longer have to say "he or she." or "his pr her." Further, some people have gender identities that do not fit neatly into the he-or-she divide. The Administration should appoint a panel of language experts to create or select a word. The President and the Administration should commit to using the word in written and spoken communications for the remainder of the President's term.
