The President shall authorize the creation and administration of a General Election Campaign Fund into which all citizens can donate cash, up to any amount of their choosing. This Fund will be setup to provide electronic or other mechanisms by which citizens may turn in their donations.
A few months prior to any national election all collections to this Fund will be halted, and the proceeds will be divided equally among all registered candidates.
If such a Fund is established we will take it upon ourselves to
1. Inform the masses about this new Campaign Finance tool
2. Choose our candidates from among those who only used monies from this Fund for all their campaign activities, including all mass media communications. Entries for all other candidates will be left unchecked on the ballot.
