We get to a point in our civilization that we need to think about our global impact. We need to make sure that we make the world better when we leave it, better than it was before. With the upcoming space technology and space travel, we should think about our future for energy, sustainability, innovation, and economic growth.
What I am suggesting is a global incentive to put solar panels on the moon. We are at a period of time where it is important if not essential that we take the next step in harnessing our next resource, the sun.
All I'm asking for is for the USA to make a statement to the globe that we have interest in moving on with a project like this with help from every country to fund, plan, and create at least 25% of the world energy consumption to the moon's solar panels.
