Create a goverment to serve the citizens of the united states

Limit any and all public office positions to a salary cap not to exceed the average "middle class" salary at the time of office and a medical/retirement package meeting the same "middle class"standards, and make this salary payable until the current social security age. then require said individuals to become a part of the current requirements for the American people, also make it a federal crime for any individual who enters public office to profit in any way from that office or the status it holds, outside of the salary and benefits provided by said office. Require all "Public Office Positions" to To refrain from Any post government employment for profit after leaving office but ensure they retain there salary and benefits at Average "upper middle class" levels.
