Create a government agency to help make national and international adoption easier and cheaper for families

This petition is for the government to help facilitate adoption and make it easier and less expensive for families looking to adopt children both at home and abroad. Many families with and without children would be thrilled to take in a child in need but cannot do so because of financial constraints and red tape. International children deserve loving homes and should have the ability to be adopted easily by willing Americans. Many Americans cannot have children or would rather take in someone without parents and are deterred because of the cost. Please help make this easier and provide aid to those who need it.
