Create a Government budget simulation game that uses Dynamic Scoring of the GOP 2015 budget and a Lefty budget

I wish the WH to create a economic budget simulation game that anyone can play it would use Dynamic Scoring and people could choose what government programs they would increase or decrease funding for. Options would be taken from the GOP 2015 budget and the Last Progressive Caucus Budget we have numbers from. People could increase or decrease funding more than the GOP or Progressives suggest and see how that would effect the economy. Revenue ideas like legal pot, cutting prison funding, military funding anything people can make a case for could be added if enough people vote for it assuming its not already added.
