There are too many citizens having trouble finding work or abusing government financial assistance programs such as unemployment and disability. This is why I petition the government to create, and make readily available, a government employment/staffing agency. Anyone receiving financial assistance needs to be enrolled in said agency to receive benefits. As long as the benefit recipient is enrolled in said agency, they may receive benefits. Current staffing agencies could be government recognized or "certified" to carry out the same duties as government owned/operated employment agencies. There are those who simply need help finding a job and unaware of opportunities available. By helping them, we can help our economy and the well being of all citizens.
