Create government Lottery to help pay off debt and create more job growth

As an idea for the current administration to create a "government lottery" to pay our national debt. I for one am not for my children inheriting this debt. With a government lottery the US government could keep say 50 % for a lump sum payout or 25 % for other terms of payment to go towards the national debt. I am american born an raised believe it is NOT what your country does for you but what you can do for it. So I believe if americans were given the chance to help out with an incentive to do so could be beneficial for all. With such a program of course done by someone a lot more intelligent could pay off our national debt in OUR lifetime and after, keep program going to keep all americans taxes low to CREATE job growth and opportunity. I am not wealthy but give us the chance to help out
