create a government movement to stop body shaming of any type.

Created by L.D. on March 17, 2013

Fat, rotund, skeletal, corpse-like. These are all terms that many Americans (and Canadians) hear everyday. To some degree, the amount that we like or dislike a body type is our own unbiased choice. For the most part, however, body types we as a society are most fond of are the ones projected in the media. Similarly, body types we exhibit dislike and even hate for are ones we are taught to dislike are shown negatively in the media. This has given rise to millions of young people, young and mid adolescence, young adults and even people into their middle aged years, that have mild to very severe body complexes.

What I am posing is not that we start accepting eating disorders, but simply to make a formal governmental campaign to love all body types and ban or tax body shaming media makers.
