Create a "Government Service Draft Program" for all persons 17-35 years old and living in the United States.

The Government Service Program (GSP) requires all persons living in the United States & Protected Territories, and all persons holding a US Citizenship or Passport to register if 17 and 35 years of age.

All persons will participate in the GSP at any Govt. level through program approved Govt. jobs. Jobs can be City, County, State or Federal, every citizen will upon the age of 17 be registered for work unless provided an exemption.

Exemptions include:
*Attending College
*Full time Employed
*Medical Disability
*Other Approved Hardship

Automatic Listing on the GSP will occur for persons of any age who:
*are collecting unemployment for 6 months
*are collecting Government Benefits for 12 months
*received a Govt. backed loan and are unemployed
*have 2 strikes on criminal record.
