Create a Government Job force of Ordinary, motivated Citizens to use their Acting/Speech/Communication degrees towards outreach to Kids in schools throughout the United States. Use these ordinary citizens degrees towards The Art of Presentation/Speeches/Animal interaction/Psychological testing (include on the Panel a licensed social worker or other professionals). The panel can provide regular feedback and provide regular community meetings w/families as part of the Outreach Across America to Bring Respect And Love back to our Great Nation.
