To create a grant that will completely fund 3 sources of green energy and lead us to becoming the world producer.

To create a grant that will fund and exploit the 3 major sources we have for green energy resource. We can use the wind fields in Texas to create clean energy we could use the desert of Arizona to create solar fields or we could fund OSU to continue and speed up the research of wave recovery technology. If we combine all three of thease then we will have mitigated as much risk as possible to a damaged infrastructure not supplying power. we could export this power created in "fuel cells" (big ass batteries). then we could truly make green cars! The problem with hybrids are they are more dangerous for the enviroment then any combustion engine on the market because at some point we have to bury them. why not take the battery out of the car and charge that and just replace? jobs everywhere!
