We need to put together a group of business leaders such as Warren Buffet, Bill Gates, CEO's and CFO's of Fortune 500 companies to create a balance budget for the United State of America. And there needs to be a bill passed my the House, Senate and President that they will accept the balanced budget that was created by this group.
