The handicapped, that can work but have some health reasons why they cannot be at work everyday like healthy Americans, needs for Business owners & corporations and their policies and job rules to be augmented to allow true equality in the Employment arena. Handicapped people are suffering due to people in corporations,& Corporate policy, Stateing a simple fact if you can't be at work you lose your job and if you can't do the job Such as Customer service, then you do not belong with their company. I would like to have new laws address this issue because the handicapped Can't fight for themselves, Legal help and Laws that require Companies to hire the handicapped so they can stop suffering.
