Facts:
1. Guns are guaranteed by way of second amendment.
2. We had too many mass and innocent casualities that used gun as a tool.
3. Persons behind the guns were mentally ill and ok as well
4. People can be responsible owners of guns. Also, some irresponsible.
5. Last but not least, everyone agrees, there is a problem.
Problem Objective:
Eliminate/ reduce the negative effects of gun usage while allowing a citizen to bear arms.
Proposed solution:
This petition calls up for a system where responsible ownership of guns can be implemented. So, we petition WH to create an organization on the lines of a Motor vehicle Administration in a state that manages responsible driving and thereby safe automobile ownership through a comprehensive licensing mechanism.
