Currently Halloween is celebrated on the 31st October, and while it is widely celebrated and revered by children and adults, it is not an official holiday and it can fall in the middle of the week. By creating the official holiday and moving it to the last Friday in October more families will better be able to celebrate this fun and community centered holiday.
