CREATE A HARSH AND STRICT ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY AGAINST THE USE OF ANY/ALL VIOLENT/UNCONSTITUTIONAL PROTEST

WE THE PEOPLE shall not stand idly by while few commit acts of TERRORISM, by which these "protests" meet all definitions of: Acts of malevolent violence, destruction, and MURDER for unjust means/no specific cause. I, as a law abiding American, do not feel safe in my own American home, knowing that my own government is standing by allowing acts go on, such as Ferguson & Baltimore, and are essentially trying to apease them, ergo negotiate with terrorists.We the people call for zero toleration of these acts, and to treat them as attacks on the United States, WHICH THEY ARE, and to have NO negotiation with any demands these TERRORISTS ask for. We also demand that these TERRORISTS not to be treated as rioters, but as what they are, and should be met with UNRESTRICTED force.
