All too often the environment gets neglected because of businesses, in particular big ones. Suffering at the cost of dollars, there are countless environmental disasters every year that are caused by poor business practices that result in terrible consequences for humanity and the Earth.
While most of these disasters do come at a cost to a company, the current 'fine culture' the United States government imposes upon neglecting businesses is laughable and pays homage to how much dollars really create laws. It is time to stop this and this is why I am petitioning the government to develop harsher penalties in relation to companies involved in environmental disasters.
In particular, I want the companies disbanded and individuals to be held accountable, starting with Freedom Industries.
