to create harsher penalties for people who engage in animal cruelty.

Created by A.I. on January 16, 2014

You don't have to be book smart or have a college degree to understand that animals feel pain just like we do.

These are all forms of animal cruelty:

• Animals in circuses are often beaten, provoked, and in cramped quarters, which is animal cruelty.
• Dog, cat, chicken, ect fighting that is animal cruelty.
• When animals rescued from their abusers or taken to a rescue group or sanctuary we entrust them to properly make sure they are being cared for such as cleanliness, proper exercise, receiving medical treatment, but when they don't get that, that is animal cruelty.

People who engage in animal cruelty should face harsher penalties, not a slap on the wrist.
