Create a Health Care cost regulation and Transparency Act.

The Act would require health care providers such as hospitals and health care related corporations to be transparent in their costs and charges for services and products. All price increases should work like it does with utility companies and be approved by state and or federal government agencies. The act would also set up guidelines for how prices are determined for health care services and products.
