This proposal is for a Homeland Enhancement Program developed to put Veterans and other Americans to work, to rebuild and repair American Infrastructure. This Federally mandated program would function similar to the way the Civilian Conservation Corps. America cannot continue down this unsustainable path of limited productivity, crumbling infrastructure and jobless able bodied veterans.
