We the people of the United States of America insist that the homeless are protected under a
"Homeless Bill of Rights" that must not only speak to the unique challenges they face but allows and provides for their basic human rights to be met in regards to their safety, food and shelter.
This bill must be created in collaboration with actual homeless individuals, homeless advocates, and non-profit organizations directly involved with homelessness.
