Create honesty and transparency about the HAARP initiative. Free those under falsified surveillance.

Since the HAARP initiative was started, numerous businesses have shown up to disguise the use of this murderous weapon. I think the American public deserves transparency, and that if this tool can deteriorate or take away the rights of honest working Americans, than it is being highly misused. This HAARP weapon is a gross tool of class control. Our founding fathers would of put that thing at the bottom of the ocean. Sign my petition to show you feel the same way as the masses of enslaved Americans. If you don't believe this exists, do a spectrum analysis around you. You'd be surprised what's going on from 17khz+ which is basically a high pitched mosquito tone.
