CREATE A HUMAN RIGHTS COURT. AND LAWS UNDER THE CONSTITUTION TO SUPPORT IT. The present Courts are insufficient.

Created by M.M. on April 14, 2014

Human Rights has been largely ignored in America. We have a HR Commission but it is not enough. The Civil Courts do not address Human Rights and Judges are ill-equipped to handle HR subject matter. We need properly trained and educated judges and lawyers to handle these cases in both Civil and Criminal Matters. We need a North American Court of Human Rights where people living on this Continent can bring their cases to be heard. As an example: The European Court of Human Rights in France.

Our part of the world has been experiencing excessive violence for way too long. If we continue to do nothing, conditions could escalate into NAZI type GENOCIDE. The European Court via the Commission was created to put an end to this. SAVE OUR PEOPLE, NOW.
