Create a humanitarian task force to work along the US border, and aid immigrants

I believe it does not matter what one's legal status is in a country, a human is a human and deserves the right to life. Therefore, I suggest the government create and/or, allow for a humanitarian task force to work along the border, with several check points, by which we may provide aid and food services, as well as legal advice/ information, to immigrants. It is inhumane to allow people, seeking a better life, to die in the deserts and/or mountains. People are going to cross illegally regardless of the law and the risks, I believe we should help everyone and provide relief to all. While I am not suggesting, or encouraging, illegal immigration, I do however suggest we help those who are crossing as they are sacrificing their lives, solely to attempt a life US citizens are blessed with.
