Create an Immediate Family Visitation Visa called the IFV-1 and IFV-2

I designed this type of visa for a person married to a U.S. Citizen and who posses an approved U.S Greencard status for 12 months or more or who possess an approved Change of Status to US Citizenship, that resides within the United States, shall have the right to Sponsor and Petition through U.S.C.I.S for an IFV-1 for those members of immediate family up to four (4) persons (Mother,Father,Sister,Brother) allowing them to make family visitations from abroad to the U.S up to 30 consecutive days, not exceeding 60 days consecutive within a one time occurance in a 12 month period and must be used within the 12 months from the date of approval. If the Petitioner sponsors such persons, the application shall be approved based on Petitioner Sponsorship Requirements, not B2 Vistors Requirements.
