We Americans want to connect directly with the refugees and exemplify the generosity that makes American great.
We ask the federal government to pay Americans who are willing to sponsor refugee(s) for 1 year for tax-free compensations:
1 adult at $7,000
1 orphan child or infant at $3,000
1 family at $14,000 (+$1,500 per child)
A sponsor is responsible for helping the refugee get situated in the USA by assist them in finding a job and assimilating into the local community.
A sponsor is required to meet with the refugee at the minimum of a one 4-hour time span once a week. The sponsor will need to report to the immigration department official once a month on the refugee status and report any incidence on a timely bases.
