Create a impact unit consisting of non government entities to oversee local county and state, Child Protection Services.

Each and Everyday Children are being abused and removed from abusive parents, ON THE OTHER HAND there are children that are also being used as pawns , being taken from Families under false pretenses, for monetary value .
These non abusive Families have their Parental and Civil rights violated by caseworker that do not follow the laws, and In some instances have judges in their pockets that manipulate Child Protection Laws. There needs to be a entity to oversee and stop these illegal acts.
