Create an independent advisory team that finds a way to streamline the V.A medical disability process to lower wait time

There is a great flaw in the way that the VA currently determines ratings for disabled Veterans. There is no reason that a wounded Veteran should have to hire an attorney or veteran agency (VFW, American legion, etc) in order to recieve help during an application or appeal process. There needs to be an advisory team that has experience in streamlining companies and processes to make it easier for Veterans to obtain their rating. It is a dis service to our veterans that they have to wait months and in some cases over a year in order to recieve compensation for the disabilities that they incured while serving the country. This panel should also look at ways to curb abuse in the system. It is time that we stop kicking the can down the road and provide action for our Veterans.
