In past elections, there have been repeated reports of candidates owning stock in companies involved in the production of voting machines, as well as rumors of such candidates and their affiliates using such positions to modify such machines to favor themselves.
Likewise there have been constant reports of voter suppression and outright voter fraud.
Due to these allegations we would like the US Government to create an Independent and non-partisan Agency that will preside over all elections on the federal level. Such an agency would be tasked with providing standardized voting machines, ensuring they are not compromised, schedule and plan voting locations, counting votes, and run absentee and early voting, to ensure elections are fair and untampered in all areas of the Country.
