There should be a neutral agency established to create and oversee a uniform way of voting in all states. There should not be so much confusion and chaos this day and age when it comes to voting and no one should be in line for hours to vote. Also there should not be gerrymandering for congressional districts done by the states being that they are not state government positions. Also it is time to do away with the electoral college, it is not fair that on every election only a few states end up mattering. The popular vote which really represent the wishes of the majority of the people should dictate the winner of presidential elections.
