Create individual grants for people that make UNDER $1,000 dollars per MONTH. For inventors with NO money and bad credit

With the recent bill that was passed, it is even harder for inventors to bring their ideas to the market. If you don't have the money then your not going to be able to patent it and your dream of seeing it on the market will not come true. It is very expensive to get a patent and now it's a first come first serve for patents. This country has had lots of great inventors that changed this country and other countries. It is a sham that you have to be rich before you can get your idea patented. Just because someone does not have the money to start with does not mean it is a bad invention. And there is no such thing as a individual grant and no help for people that are in poverty, so the ideas just sit in their minds for life. Believe me, i know!!!!
