Uncontrolled heat at the workplace and apartment complexes increase the use of medication and doctor’s visit. I came up with the conclusion that the government could save a lot of money in health insurance if they can create a law that would make mandatory for all companies and apartment complexes to maintain a healthy indoor temperature of 70-75 degrees. The same way the law regulates daycare center indoor temperature. It is a fact that extremely hot indoor temperatures cause increase of asthma attacks, growth of bacteria, inflammation of the joints and increase doctor visits. There are a bunch of other bad conditions under which people have to work at the workplace that if prevented, could save the government a lot of money.
