Create an infrastructure bank to fund federal projects to minimize borrowing costs.

Created by D.K. on December 10, 2012

The banking community has conspired to the point that borrowing costs no longer encourage solutions. The costs of funds are so extraordinary and so routine that borrowers are left with no other options.
A federal infrastructure bank will manage costs and ensure funding is directed to local businesses and states undertaking projects.
Infrastructure lending should not be limited to only highways but telecommunications, innovation, and energy.
The infrastructure bank should work in partnership with the Federal Reserve Bank and receive preferential funding.
The infrastructure bank should be organized regionally with no preference to populace or economic segments.
Lastly, the infrastructure bank should be chartered to encourage commerce solely for the benefit of we the people.
