A ubiquitous city or U-City is a concept of integration of ubiquitous computing within an urban environment. U-City's integrate a combination of information systems and social systems, where almost all devices and services are linked to an information network. The city also uses renewable's for energy production. Currently South Korea has plans to build 15 U-City’s with one being completed this year called New Songdo. By building new city’s based on this concept here in the United States it will create jobs, foster new Idea’s into new jobs and businesses, attract investment in and outside the U. S., stimulate the economy and showcase to the United States and the world that they can trust technology and innovation on our path to a sustainable future .
