In honor of International Women's day, we the below signed, urge the Obama Administration to continue to raise attention of, and legislate against, the gender pay gap. Over a women's life time, she will earn $1.2 million less than her male counterparts with the same training due to maternity leave (disability), child rearing, and other forms of systemic discrimination. By getting rid of this gap we will add almost 2% to the US GDP without raising taxes. This extra revenue would come out of corporate profits, who, by treating women as a second class workforce, have profited unjustly.
