Create initiatives to rectify law enforcement personnel like the New York Police Department for negligence and extortion due to numerous staff members working with criminals with pending criminal charges such as holding innocent victims hostage, child molestation and prostitution, extortion and criminal negligence as they choose to let additional criminals roam the streets without fear and reprise as they target individuals like myself and others.
