We, the people of the United States of America, and Citizens of the World at large, urge President Obama and current administration, to promptly establish a system of International Transparent Forensic Accounting to report and cease all funding and support, including tax monies, government funds, goods and services that fund Terroristic Entities to include but not be limited to the Islamic State (ISIS/ISIL).
Further, we ask that our government's funding, if any, of such terroristic organizations in any capacity cease now. We urge that our leaders ask our Allies to do the same. The free world must provide completely transparency via an international forensic financial accounting system to its people and end financial secrecy to ensure freedom and democracy- nothing less will suffice.
