Within the People of the United States of America is where government power resides. The current system of government was established absent our ability to instantly communicate anywhere. There is no reason to continue a representative democracy since the people can vote on issues themselves without leaving their homes. This petition is to create a Constitutional Amendment to grant the final say in laws passed by Congress and the President back to the people by establishing a direct democracy voting system allowing people to vote for or against laws, as well as repeal current laws they do not wish imposed upon them, or propose new laws in which they wish to be established. Hopefully this will resolve the issue of Americans feeling they are not represented by our current system.
