We are petitioning the government to create internment camps to round up all Chicago Bears fans. This will help stabilize the volatile Midwest and finally bring peace to the WI/IL stateline area. While interned, the Bears fans can be re-educated and turned into worthwhile sports patrons.
I am sure that the Bears fans will submit a likewise counter-petition. Much like their offense, they have not had an original idea in 25+ years.
