Create the Investing-Small Business Exchange Program

The Obama Administration should create a program that takes willing investors who are tired of the Wall Street volatility and are looking to do some good and create jobs in this economy and link them to entrepreneurs who are just starting (i.e. less than 1 year) to create their own businesses and jobs, who would need capital for their business. The investors will get an investment they can put their money into and feel good about what they are investing in.All the government will have to do is set up the E-harmony of the Investing world. This program could link a former stockbrocker in San Diego to a Milwaukee Clothing Retailer who has a good idea, and the Investor and the business creator work together to expand their company. Relationships like these will create jobs.
