Create a "Jail System" for corporations that break laws

If corporations are to be considered equal to people then they should be lawfully treated the same as a person. Create a new law that if a corporation willfully breaks a law that would result in jail time for a human person the company would not be allowed to conduct any profit creating business transactions or pay bonuses to top executives for a period of time. The company would only be allowed to maintain the economic state it was in at the time before it broke the law. This would be the equivalent of "going to jail". 100% of gain from any transactions that accidentally resulted in profit while "in jail" would be paid as a fine on a yearly basis. The period of time "in jail" would be the same a human would be sentenced to jail for the equal crime.
